Tyntesfield - Black and Red
Tyntesfield, a stunning Victorian Gothic Revival House located in Wraxall Bristol, was the perfect location to photograph my latest look and also enjoy the breathtaking gardens and parkland.
I chose the colors Black and Red for my latest outfit and decided to dress in layers. This look is all about contrast, layers and interesting details.
I chose my black playsuit by Maje (similar here) and wore a white pussybow blouse with a black bow, underneath, by River Island (similar here) and a red and white stripes blazer over it (part of a suit) by Sies Marjan (similar here).
I also wore my Karen Millen black coat (similar here) and black suede ankle boots by & Other Stories (similar here).
The look was completed with a red bag by Kassandre Paris (similar here), red sunglasses by Dolce & Gabbana (here) and black gloves with embroidery and pearls from Uterque (similar here).
I also wore pearl earrings from Swarovsky (similar here) and black tights from Calzedonia (similar here).
This outfit is made of Black, Red and White and they all work well together for a cohesive look.
I paired even the smallest details together like the pearl earrings with the pearl detail on the ankle boots and the pearl details on the gloves. I also matched all the reds: bag, sunglasses and blazer.
The main piece is this gorgeous skorts playsuit by Maje that looks like a skirt but is in fact shorts.
This is a cute look that is made by combining 2 main colors, the red and the black, and then adding a little bit of white.
There is also contrast regarding the length of the pieces: I chose a short playsuit to wear underneath a long coat and also wore a shorter blazer so that the playsuit would be visible. I just played with the different proportions of the look and it worked well together.
I love this look and I will be wearing a slightly lighter version for Spring but overall I just love how it works.
Let me know if you liked it!
