This time I’m serving you my “Ladies Who Lunch” look and I’m loving it!

I always loved a good skirt and blouse set and, although it was always well associated with polished, perfect and very respectful looks, that didn’t stopped me from giving it a twist and creating my very own Ladies Who Lunch modern and edgy look!

I love to “twist” a classic concept like a skirt and blouse set and give it an edgy, modern and somewhat sexier vibe.

I chose this gorgeous blouse and skirt set by BURBERRY (skirt here or more affordable here and blouse out of stock but similar here and here and more affordable here) and I paired it with my new TESSA jacket (here) and patent pumps by GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI (similar here, here and more affordable here).

I also wore my new TUSCANY LEATHER handbag (out of stock but very similar here and here), CALZEDONIA fishnet tights (here) and my new VALENTINO sunglasses (similar here).

As for jewelry I wore my FENDI hoops (here), ETTIKA chain bracelet (here) and my new LIV OLIVER nail bracelet (similar here).

This jacket by TESSA (now on sale at Yoox here) is so stunning: I just love the tuxedo inspired details like the satin lapels and satin buttons and it’s oversized shape makes it more casual and chic! Just beautiful!

I love all the contrasts in this look!

The classic shapes of the garments like the pleated skirt, pussybow blouse and tuxedo inspired jacket contrast with the modernity of the animal print, fishnet tights, patent shoes and modern sunglasses. I also love to add a classic bag and modern jewelry for a total contrast.

Although I love high street fashion, lately I’ve been investing in better quality pieces that can last a lifetime and that I can wear forever and mix and match with anything in my closet.

Like I said many times, here in my blog, the accessories are my main focus for quality in an outfit however a good blazer, a good blouse and a good skirt can make a massive difference to my outfits and I invested in these ones.
